Can I amend an order once it has been placed?We work as efficiently as we can to send out incoming orders! Should you wish to cancel your order, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs. Can I track my order?Yes, you can! All orders may be tracked once they have been dispatched. Tracking information is provided within your "Dispatch Confirmation" email.

How do I track my parcel?Each "Dispatch Confirmation" email will contain a tracking number for your order. Simply enter this tracking number into Hermes' tracking service for live updates of your order. You may find this service here. Parcels may only be tracked once they have been dispatched. Deliveries should arrive between the hours of 7am and 9pm.

How do Eryn Kalo products fit on body?Eryn Kalo garments tend to fit oversized. Therefore, it is recommended to stay true to size for an oversized fit. For a more tailored fit, it is recommended to size down. Every product page will contain further information regarding the fit of the garment. What is your return policy?Eryn Kalo provides returns on all products within 14 days of purchase. All items should be returned in its original packaging and with its original tags. This form should be printed, completed, and sent back to us with the item(s) you are returning with its order receipt, in its original packaging and with its original tags.
